Request data or account deletion
Kryonix supports cloud data deletion and full account deletion. The in-app signed-in flow is the primary verified deletion path.
Primary Deletion Path
Signed-in users can initiate full Kryonix account deletion in the app from More, Account, Delete Account. The app shows a confirmation flow before deletion.
Account deletion uses a server-side Firebase function to delete the signed-in user's Kryonix Cloud user tree and then deletes the Firebase Authentication user.
What Account Deletion Covers
- Kryonix Cloud account data, including cloud-backed workouts, plans, custom exercises, body metrics, and diagnostics stored under the user account.
- Premium entitlement and beta-status mirror records tied to the Kryonix account.
- Support-ticket records tied to the account, deleted or scrubbed where possible.
- Firebase Authentication user deletion after cloud data has been deleted or scrubbed.
What It Does Not Cover
- App Store or Google Play subscription cancellation. Manage subscriptions through your app store account.
- Data already stored in Apple Health or platform health services. Manage that data through device settings and the Health app.
- Local device-only data that remains on an installed app. Delete the app or clear device data to remove local-only data.
- Website waitlist records that are separate from the signed-in app account.
If You Cannot Access the App
Use the support page and include the email address or sign-in method associated with your Kryonix account. Kryonix must verify ownership before carrying out deletion requests.
