Kryonix Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kryonix handles account, workout, HealthKit, support, diagnostics, and website waitlist data.

Effective Date

30 May 2026.

Kryonix - Smart Fitness Training is operated from Australia. This page is intended to describe current privacy practices under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and Apple platform requirements.

Data We Handle

  • Account: email address, sign-in provider, user ID, premium entitlement mirrors, and authentication metadata.
  • Fitness: workout templates, completed workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weight, rest timing, notes, injury constraints, goals, and coaching preferences.
  • Health: Apple Health data you allow, including workouts, heart rate, HRV, active energy, steps, sleep, and body measurements.
  • Support: feedback, bug reports, questions, signed-in account email or UID, and optional screenshots.
  • Diagnostics: optional workout, history, exercise-library, profile, readiness, and computed coaching data used to troubleshoot calculations.
  • Website waitlist: name, email, device type, interest message, and user agent.

How We Use Data

Kryonix uses data to operate the app, save and sync workouts, provide analytics, readiness, progression, generated workout plans, coaching features, support, diagnostics, account deletion, purchase entitlement checks, and legal or security compliance.

Website waitlist information is used to manage launch, testing, and product update communications.

HealthKit Restrictions

  • HealthKit data is not used for advertising or marketing.
  • HealthKit data is not sold.
  • HealthKit data is not used for tracking.
  • HealthKit data is not shared with data brokers or advertising networks.
  • HealthKit data is shared outside the device only where you enable a feature that requires it, such as cloud sync, diagnostics, support, or Apple Health import/export.

Cloud Services

Kryonix Cloud uses Firebase as part of Google Cloud services. Signed-in cloud sync stores workout and account-owned documents under the signed-in user account. Support tickets, optional diagnostics, and waitlist entries may also be stored in Kryonix Cloud or related service providers used for support and contact management.

Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication and supported sign-in providers such as email, Google, and Apple where available.

Deletion and Retention

Kryonix keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for app functionality, account management, support, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and security.

Signed-in users can initiate full Kryonix account deletion in the app from More, Account, Delete Account. Public deletion instructions are also available on the data deletion page.
