Kryonix Terms of Use

• Kryonix includes the mobile apps, website, subscriptions, support channels, cloud sync, diagnostics, and related services.
• Kryonix is a general fitness and wellness app, not medical advice, a medical device, or an emergency service.
• Subscriptions and purchases are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play purchase flows where applicable.
• The canonical Terms of Use URL is https://kryonix.app/tos.

If you download Kryonix from the Apple App Store, your license is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless Kryonix provides a custom agreement through App Store Connect.

If you download Kryonix from Google Play, your download, purchase, subscription, and use may also be subject to Google Play terms and policies.

Kryonix helps you log workouts, plan training, understand fitness trends, review readiness signals, and make more informed training decisions. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis tool, treatment tool, clinical decision support tool, or emergency service.

You are responsible for deciding whether any exercise, recommendation, readiness signal, progression target, or other guidance is appropriate for you.

You may need an account to use cloud sync, subscriptions, support tickets, diagnostics, or other features. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the app store where you purchased them. Deleting the app or deleting your Kryonix account does not cancel an app store subscription.

Kryonix may request access to health and fitness data from Apple Health, HealthKit, Health Connect, wearable devices, or platform features. You control these permissions through your device settings and app permission flows.

Kryonix does not use health, fitness, workout, diagnostic, support, or account data for third-party advertising, brokered data sharing, or third-party tracking.

• Do not use Kryonix for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
• Do not interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service except where applicable law allows.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or features you are not authorised to access.
• Do not misuse subscriptions, refunds, trials, support channels, diagnostics, or app store review systems.
• Do not use Kryonix content, recommendations, or outputs to provide medical, clinical, or emergency services.

Kryonix may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees, remedies, or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
